Had a wonderful experience I have been going there for years. The staff is wonderful and so are the amenities.

Arriving at the service center Kim greeted me in a professional and cordial manner. She was very welcoming and treated me as a guest. She confirmed the my expectation, explained the process and follow through. Kim and the service associate on duty made me feel valued.

I wanted to commend the service department for handling my issue so quickly and efficiently. Bryan and the team was patient and helpful, and went above and beyond to resolve my problem. Kudos to Ingram Mazda!

These people are top notch! Our salesman, Aaron "Red" , was so friendly and genuine. He was new, so when we had questions he didn't know the answer to, he found the answer. He was training with Jesus, who was also helpful and answered our questions. We enjoyed our experience so much that two weeks after I bought my car, my husband returned to them and purchased a truck. I would refer anyone I know to them.

Scheduled first free oil change with IPAC with my new car. Received a text to “approve” a repair on my Mazda that has 5,800 miles.
The video showed that the air filter was dirty and needed to be replaced at $89.95.
I questioned Bryan if that would be accurate and how at 5,800 miles it already would need to be replaced. He could not answer my question.
He and the other service man ignored my question. I could hear the other man asking if there were leaves, etc. in the filter.

I had both lower control arms, my front swing bar, and tie rods replaced with them. I knew it was gonna be an expensive job and I had only qualified for 2k with one of their financing partners. I believe they worked with my budget and charged me a little less cause one of the documents said it would be over 2k but when i went to pick up that wasn't the case at all. This time nothing stood out. However, my last few experiences were Absolutely Outstanding!! They were very thorough, very informative., and I received great customer service. The last 2 times I got my car service.. This time I just dropped it off and left. But I did check over them and all the fluids were topped.
