Kimberly was very friendly during the check-in process. She clearly explained my options. The gentleman who sent the video of my car also communicated effectively and outlined all the options available to me. I experienced wonderful customer service from the service department.

Had a wonderful experience I have been going there for years. The staff is wonderful and so are the amenities.

Arriving at the service center Kim greeted me in a professional and cordial manner. She was very welcoming and treated me as a guest. She confirmed the my expectation, explained the process and follow through. Kim and the service associate on duty made me feel valued.

I wanted to commend the service department for handling my issue so quickly and efficiently. Bryan and the team was patient and helpful, and went above and beyond to resolve my problem. Kudos to Ingram Mazda!

These people are top notch! Our salesman, Aaron "Red" , was so friendly and genuine. He was new, so when we had questions he didn't know the answer to, he found the answer. He was training with Jesus, who was also helpful and answered our questions. We enjoyed our experience so much that two weeks after I bought my car, my husband returned to them and purchased a truck. I would refer anyone I know to them.

Got what I needed but didn’t feel respected. It was 5:54 PM and I was told that my car needed a new battery but that the service center closed at 6 so I needed to let them know asap if I wanted it changed. Come to find out it actually closed at 7 and they likely said that so I felt rushed to make a decision. Afterwards, I told him “I need a few minutes. I’ll meet you at the front” and I heard him tell someone else I was calling my husband to see if I should get the battery. I never said anything about calling anyone and don’t have a husband and really didn’t appreciate his sexist assumption that I didn’t know what I was doing. I wish I was treated with more honesty and respect and hope that women who go there without a man are not taken advantage of.

The Service Manager Kim and all other staff I encountered were professional and courteous. Smooth and simple process that included a loaner vehicle. Exceeded expectations

I got to say, that this has been an excellent customer service experience. After being rescheduled two times and for different dates with another mazda service dealership that is by fredericksburg road, and they acting like they were the only place to go, i got an appointment with Ingram Park Mazda for my 2005 airbag replacement. Kim, since the moment she answered the phone, answer my questions and cleared all of my doubts. She booked me for a saturday due to my work schedule. I got there with my vehicle, and she attended me very courteous and happy, told me if i wanted to wait it was going to be about two hours, i said i'll wait and she took me to the waiting area, where theres chargers for your phone. After about ten minutes, she came back and told me that it was going to take longer because they had to perform a deep inspection as my car was bit old, that if i could leave the vehicle and come back later next week, they will call me when it was ready. So, after two days, it was ready, they were in contact during the repairs and asked for approval on some of the extra repairs, before proceding to repair and then surprisingly charge you huge amounts like other dealerships. Will look forward to come here again on future needs, or who knows?.. maybe get a new Mazda ?...

As soon as I signed the dotted line, customer service took a major turn. Do better IPAC Mazda!

I went to IPAC to hopefully find a new vehicle and David was so helpful throughout the process!! His patience and kindness is amazing along with his dedication to completely satisfy his customers. I would recommend this dealership along with David himself to everyone!

IPAC Mazda has always been a fantastic experience every time I have visited the service department. The staff is very friendly and helpful with the questions I have had. I visit this place anytime I have a need for service on my Mazda. I recommend visiting here for maintenance on your Mazda.

Brian is usually the one helping me with my routine service. He is always extremely friendly, professional, and shows that he cares about the customers and our vehicles. My Service Advisor Bryan was extremely helpful. He explained how everything would be and even sent us a video of the technician working on our vehicle.

My experience with Mazda is Excellent. Ashley called, to let me know a Loaner was available. I dropped the vehicle off and I was on my way to continue with my day. IT IS A BIG PLUS for MAZDA, having LOANERS AVAILABLE. People are surprised when I tell them, it's a Loaner while I have my vehicle being serviced. I tell them to go service your car there. You are taking care like family. Brian is my Advisor, Nick Tech and Ashley Clerk, who are Amazing Employees. They are Professional Attentive and Caring. They have given me Great service and taken care of me as their Mazda customer for so many years.

This time nothing stood out. However, my last few experiences were Absolutely Outstanding!! They were very thorough, very informative., and I received great customer service. The last 2 times I got my car service.. This time I just dropped it off and left. But I did check over them and all the fluids were topped. I also noticed they tried to sell me items that wasn't necessary. For example, my Windshield wipers. On my last visit, they informed me I needed new windshield wipers . I purchased them last month. And have them added just a few weeks ago, and now I need new one. Come on.

From the Service Manager, Mr Lunday, the mechanic Nick and Brian, they did a fantastic job finding the parts and fixed my truck. Thanks for a job well done!!!
