3rd oil change with this dealership and its the 3rd time I left happy. Other then the lost of morning breakfast tacos nothing has changed since first visit. Same quick service with terrific customer service and I trust the mechanics working on my car. Just missing the tacos, hahaha.

Everything was good but when our car was brought out, I expected someone to get us within 5 minutes... we waited 18 minutes before someone told us our car was ready. If yall can speed up that process, that would be great for your customers.

I took my vehicle here after getting poor repairs from 911 Collision.
The work was redone. Once leaving I continued to hear creaking sounds from my vehicle as I was driving. I took it back to Mazda and they lubed everything that had been replaced. The noise went away for a day then came back. I was told it was due to having "after- market" parts put in during repairs.

The service is very good and thorough. The wait time reasonable. The price was very, very good! The mechanic made a video of his work, and a detailed summery of everything my Jeep might need to have done in the future. Although, I just came in for an oil change, they rotated the tires, filled my windshield fluid and did a thorough check of everything at no extra cost. The waiting area provided snacks, water, plenty of seating, and a Television. I will be coming here from now on!

I bought my vehicle and started my car maintenance program with the Ingram Mazda team last year. The arrival to the shop is met by Kim and the team always sends a video review of how my Mazda undercarriage , tires and brakes and engine look and offer recommendations needed. They are prompt and efficient. I’ll be continuing my car maintenance here. Thanks again for the great service to the whole team.

Kim is always so helpful and friendly. She is knowledgeable as well as the mechanics! I love that they send a video recap of all the inspection points they cover while walking your car. The mechanic knew exactly what the problem was when we took my car for a drive. And they changed my oil quick!

My appointment was scheduled for 9:30 a.m., but I arrived around 8:30 since I was in the area. I was going to only drop off my vehicle early, and leave with my wife. Kim not only greeted me with a smile but got my car into the bay right away. A few minutes after my wife got me my car was done with its services. Kudos to Kim for her fast work and help.

Great service! My car runs great and they kept me informed about upcoming services that I will need soon. They worked with my budget to make sure I got all the most needed services done immediately. Enjoyed my free coffee, and snacks while waiting for my vehicle. The video infection of the car helped me understand what needed immediate attention and what could wait.

I was very happy with my recent service at Benson’s Auto Group Mazda.
I took my 2023 CX 5 in because an independent mechanic that did my oil change, noticed I had an oil leak on the timing cover.
